Hi, I'm Eleonore.
After more than two decades leading teams, developing leaders, and navigating everything from rapid growth to organizational turnaround, I founded LeDev Coaching & Consulting to help other leaders achieve the same kind of lasting impact.
Having spent my career in the executive seat, I understand the challenges leaders face because I've lived them. Today, I combine that experience with professional executive coaching to help leaders think strategically, lead confidently, and develop high-performing teams.
